Bon voyage!

Good morning from CVG! I was chauffeured here by the dearest family of six, all of whom woke up before 5 a.m.¹ to escort me in their minivan. My flight departs in an hour, and I will arrive in Hawaii by 1:30 p.m. local time (after a quick layover and a six-hour time change). I feel unspeakably grateful and supported. Friends and family have *lavished* me with prayers, encouragement, and gifts. I am not kidding when I say it has been almost too much to handle. Thanks to each of you.
